SERENJE – Today, our District Commissioner Mr. Paul Masuwa, Council Chairperson Mr. Staivous Mulumba, and Council Secretary Mr. Stan Mwanakayaya conducted a spot check of the ongoing construction of Constituency Development Funds (CDF) funded ablution blocks at Main Market Bus Station and Boma Secondary School.
